Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Jewelry

  Securely place your jewelry in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and certificates of authenticity are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
